Through extensive experience in training and leading courses, Marcelle observed that many who complete training programs initially feel highly motivated, but later find there is little to no lasting change. "This phenomenon occurs because most training programs focus on addressing symptoms rather than tackling the root causes," Marcelle explains. "For instance, learning active listening is beneficial, but it does not eliminate the persistent inner critic." Additionally, these programs often halt at providing insights, which, while valuable, are insufficient for enduring behaviour change.
